The Tjap MATA Twin Hose, also known as the Twin Welding Hose, is a double hose specifically designed to simultaneously transport two different gases—usually oxygen and acetylene or LPG—for welding and cutting processes with a welding torch.

Features and Specifications
This hose integrates two hose lines (red and blue) into one convenient unit for easy use in welding applications.

Color and Function:
Red Hose: For acetylene or LPG.
Blue Hose: For oxygen.

Material: Made of high-quality rubber and PVC that is claimed to be flexible yet resistant to pressure, abrasion, weather, and fire.
Reinforcement: Equipped with a layer of high-tensile synthetic textile fiber or netting to prevent leaks and cracks.

Tjap MATA offers two reinforcement options:
1 NET: Has a working pressure of up to 20 kgf.
2 NET: Has a higher working pressure, up to 40 KGF, making it stronger and more durable for heavy-duty use.
Size: The most commonly available standard sizes are 1/4" inner diameter (ID) for red hoses and 3/8" for blue/green hoses.
